I am Gavelyn Windvogel I served as a New Part Development Co-ordinator. The job function include, but not limited to, new part feasibility evaluations, Costing Evaluation, Tooling requests, Development planning and execution, problem solving etc. I was employed at Shatterprufe for 9 years, serving as a Final Product Auditor under the Quality Department for the first 4 years than moving on to the Product Engineering Department where I served as a Corporate New Part Development Assistant / Co-ordinator for the last 5 years. During the past 5 years I've gained much experience and skills that helped me to grow into a more valued member of the company. I believe I was competent in my role with the help of my skills gained in Creative Thinking and Problem Solving, Problem Solving and Analyse Methods, Practical Statistical Process Control, Project Management (Excluding MS projects), Assertiveness and Influential Skills and FMEA's etc. I am still growing as a person and a professional in Manufacturing as i am trying to improve myself more in studying towards a Diploma in Operations Management. I started my tertiary career in 2018 and will finish my Diploma in 2020, before attempting the complete my BTech in 2021.
