To whom it may concern, My name is Gayatri Chakravorty, and I hold an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London (online). I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Cape Town, majoring in Psychology and Human Anatomy & Physiology. I attended St. Andrew’s School for Girls for my schooling. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Art Therapy and Graphology (Handwriting Analysis). I also have experience in counselling psychology, child and adoloscent psychology and working with young adults through SHAWCO education and mentorship programs. For the past two years, I have been actively involved with the Victim Empowerment Group (VEG) as a trauma debriefer. This experience has deepened my commitment to supporting individuals through psychological challenges, and it has strengthened my passion for community-based mental health work. I am eager to contribute my skills and time to organizations making a positive impact, and I would be sincerely grateful if you could connect me with any NGOs or NPOs in Johannesburg where I might have the opportunity to volunteer or become involved. Please have a look at my CV and let me have a conversation with you. Thank you for your time and consideration. Warm regards, Gayatri Chakravorty
