I possess the unique ability to assess and manage risks while remaining curious and open to learning new ways to achieve a goal or innovation. My ability to be analytical, accountable and willing to take on the responsibility for high impact or high-level decisions bring value to a mid-senior level position. I have accumulated a broad knowledge and skill base along my path through hospitality, entrepreneurship, environmental and social impact, all of which have equipped me with a keen empathy and strong understanding of the African social impact and environmental for/non profit space. Challenge and opportunity for growth in a role or organisation are non negotiable. Having recently upskilled myself in Agile & Scrum methodologies, which appeal to me as they take complex problems and break them down into manageable sprints using empirical data and user experience as opposed to a rigid project plan with little room for empirical improvement. I manage stressful situations well, a result of consistent self work and many life lessons as an entrepreneur and senior manager overseeing multiple events and campaign simultaneously for years. I value simplicity, honesty, accountability and personal growth. These are attributes I encourage in myself and fellow team members.
