She has excellent emotional and intellectual intelligence, being able to manage tricky situations expertly and sensitively. Whenever we worked together, she would always have an excellent and fast grasp of the various issues that arose and how these could be solved, and would be quick to offer her considered views on whether an option or the other would be preferable.
