Conciliation negotiation is among my strengths and I believe that facilitation and resolution are key components within any Human Resources team. The contentment of staff is the pillar of any successful business as it speaks directly to the staff’s contribution to the business. The position of Human Resources Manager requires a leader who is comfortable interacting with staff at all levels and who ensures the strategy of the business and understanding of this strategy by its people is clearly communicated. I worked at Independent Media for the last decade and held various portfolios as an extension to my primary Human Resources position.
