Data reviews done per revision frequency - Weekly and / or Monthly • Forensic Planning - The forensic planning service enables clients to understand delays that occurred during a construction programme period and evaluates whether those delays were foreseeable and avoidable. • Schedule Variance Reports – Data comparison checks of Weekly and / or Monthly schedules, highlighting changes from previous submissions. • Integrated Project Control solutions for Engineering companies - Ensuring labour resources, budgeted hours, MDL (Master Document List) status and Timesheets are all integrated for a comprehensive EVM (Earned Value Management) and progress status assessment. • Animated 2D Drawing Schedules – Initial 2D drawings are used to interface with a schedule and become animated for clash, planning & risk reviews. • Animated 3D BIM Schedules (4D BIM) – Using Synchro Pro software. Includes animated movements of construction vehicles and equipment. • Swept Path Analysis – 2D drawings or 3D BIM. • Monthly Progress Reports and / or Dashboards – setup templates and format
