I’m currently working in an Operations Executive position - responsible for the Management of the company’s Operations, Direct support to the CEO of the company and management, implementation of the company’s staff deployment with in the customer operations environment , Warehouse Management, Fleet Management, Tenders management, Financial and monitoring and control with the direct Clients, interaction with the staff and clients, HR related responsibilities to support the HR with the Recruitment and selection process, Health and safety, Environmental, Training, Staff wellness and Quality management with in the company. From an operational prospective I’m also managing large and strategic customer facing projects and multiple projects,Creating of project schedule and plan with financial, resource and material http://www.******.*** and presenting proposals and negotiating final http://www.******.*** project staff and http://www.******.*** projects from start to completion including the resolution of escalated project issues Managing Project Budgets, carry responsibilities of team leadership and to Maintain customer satisfaction. In 30 years’ experience in the Management of Telecommunications and infrastructure Construction Industry. My ability to communicate effectively with my colleagues, clients and staff are very important regardless of the industry. In the current digital age that we live in, it's essential for staff and management to know how to successfully convey and receive messages. Not only does a communication happen in face to face conversations, it also occurs through via email or a phone call and various social media or online platforms. The most important skill set required in my day today are certainly skills that are vital for my success within my working environment.
