I have been in the building construction industry for over 10 years. I started off as a draughtsman using autocad and sketchup. Moved on-site as site supervisor for water reticulation projects and fibre to home installation. I have good knowledge of building regulations and health and safety standards. A good analytical and problem solving skills. This allows me to have good communication and organizational skills. I prefer to be hands on on a project, lead by example so to speak, but also able to recognize when I need to pull back and let other people lead. This allows me to learn more about different techniques of leadership and application of different skills.
