To organise, administrate and set up training programmes and events as required. · To conduct needs analysis by developing a skills matrix per job role and employee, update and all training planned on the training matrixes as per identified needs, on a monthly basis · To advise and support the training and HR Manager as well as to contribute towards the general HR department activities as required. · Considering the cost of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme. · Devising a training strategy for the organisation as well as monitor and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. · Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses. · Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research to management. · To keep accurate training records that are comprehensive and up-to-date as well as dealing with enquiries relating to training and development
