I started out in 2008 as a Service Consultant at Discovery. I later became a Correspondent Consultant and joined Brightrock in 2012 as a Senior Service Specialist, which is my current role. I possess strong competencies in customer relations, service delivery, customer care, dispute / query resolution, product training & knowledge, team management, training and development, relationship management and overall business administration. Excellent familiarity with modern business practices with a good understanding and experience in financial service products, processes and legal requirements. My focus is to continue to build strong, reliable, sustainable and ethically sound relationships with clients and businesses. To establish and manage modern, efficient and excellence driven teams. Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills able to drive, motivate and lead teams and individuals in attaining set organisation goals.
