I am a proactive, dynamic, conscientious professional with over 15 years of experience at a senior level; 11 of which within the corporate banking environment (10 years as National Head of Legal Risk CIB Property), 3 years in the energy sector as a Senior Contracts Advisor providing legal support on cross border transactions and over 5 years in the retail industry as the Executive Legal – Group Property. I have extensive expertise in the fields of general corporate commercial law, property law, landlord tenant rights and obligations, contract drafting and negotiation.
