For the past 16 years, I have worked at Flight Centre Travel Group, of which the past 5 years I have worked in the Learning and Development Department. I was responsible for sales, soft skills, and leadership development within the company. I have experience in - Identifying development needs - Designing training material for both online and classroom-style learning for adults - Understanding the different learning styles and adapting training courses accordingly - Individual Coaching - Facilitating training - Reporting to stakeholders the impact after training using various measurement tools I also have over 10 years of leadership experience which gives me the credibility of leading a team.
