• Diary Management – Effective management of a complex and challenging diary setting up meetings daily, weekly and monthly and very strict to keep to diary once confirmed with direct report. Very flexible if diary has been booked out for 12 months ahead. • Meetings – booking of boardrooms or locations of meeting. Setting up equipment needed for meetings. Preparing and sending of meeting packs (Agenda’s, meeting minutes, matters arising and any other extra documentations for information purposes). Officially opening and adjourning meetings. Making sure that whatever is needed to travel to a specific country gets done before departure in time (vaccinations, documents etc.).
