Motivation for a position Firstly I would like to thank you for this opportunity. I hold a Matric Certificate, National Higher Diploma in Business management and a National Higher Diploma in Contact Centre Management. My last employment was as a Team Leader within the Medical Aid sector. I’ve held many Customer relations (Service) positions in my career, one position I take pride in placing on my resume, was being the Customer Experience Analyst at VMSA (Virgin Mobile South Africa) I enjoy working with people, and have observed many different personalities within my career. This helps me understand the many different types of working personas thus making it easy for me to relate to my peers, management, current and future subordinates. I understand company policies and procedures and adhere to them. I have an understanding of Corp. Governance, Companies act, BCSA and a keen understanding of the LRA/IR of which I hold Diplomas and certificates to that effect, as well as South African Politics in general I have completed various in-house training within my career
