In general, I am an exceptionally organised and hard-working individual, I have a keen eye for detail, I enjoy out-of-the-box thinking, and I value constructive criticism. I approach both my work life and my personal life in a rational, fair and ethical manner. I believe that my research skills are adaptable and can be applied to many different occupations or areas of interest. I am always willing to learn new skills and information so that I may grow as an individual, as a research psychologist, and as an employee. I am a friendly colleague, who has the experience and the ability to work independently, in a group, and/or under management. I have found that I am equally productive, regardless of whether I work online or in-office. As such, I am amenable to either. As a leader, I am truthful, fair and in most cases, successful. I am also a capable team player, who always pulls their weight whilst helping others. Throughout my educational career, I have gained knowledge of the cultural; racial; religious; linguistic; financial; age and sexual diversities of South Africa. I have always made an effort to raise language barriers as a concern during data collection in research. I am also highly aware of the adversities that people face daily and I have made it my duty to educate both myself and others on the importance of equity. Overall, I am dedicated and passionate about engaging in the growth and success of the field of human sciences research. I praise non-discrimination and my unending curiosity constantly yearns for new knowledge. Above all, I am a humanitarian who is devoted towards conscious actions geared towards the improvement of the Earth and all its inhabitants.
