My name is Hillary Mndlovu. I am currently doing my PhD in pharmaceutics at the University of the Witwatersrand. I completed my BSc degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Cell biology. I also have a BSc (Honours) degree in Biochemistry, and Cell biology. I recently received my Entrepreneurial generator certificate from the Wits Business School. I have been working as a teaching assistant and academic intern for the past three years. As an academic intern I got to work closely with students in terms of lecturing Pharmaceutical chemistry, design and monitor their laboratory experiments. The studies and the positions I held exposed me to various research projects from different academic fields. This exposure required me to use my analytical skills and be able to adapt to different projects. I am passionate about research and also sharing those research skills with people doing research. I am an open minded person thus I am always eager to take part in projects which require me to gain/use my skills other than my research skills. I have been trained to think, identify problems, evaluate them and finally find definite solutions to the problems in hand.
