I have extensive experience in project and programme management and worked in a customer experience environment. I worked for the global services consulting firm PwC for close to four years and acquired experience in better practice methodologies in project and programme management having consulted to clients in banking, manufacturing, mining, medical schemes, government parastatals, amongst other. At a big 4 bank in SA, I worked in the Group Business Change Enablement department, implementing strategic projects and programmes for the Group, such as the SAP programme (Motheo) and Black Personal Market. I was the Group Programme Manager for Islamic Banking and was responsible for introducing this niche offering to the Group. I headed up the Service Innovation department at this bank and ran continuous improvement projects after setting up customer panels for the Absa Retail Franchise. I am a strategic thinker, able to develop plans, manage and coach people, work well in a team and am innovative. I am an experienced project and programme manager with a consistent track record of successfully delivering projects, all to tight time scales and within budget. I have a professional attitude and an ability to be flexible and handle change in a positive manner. I possess excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
