Detailed Qatar Rnergy •Involved in developing plans and procedures to meet the Corporation HSE, Projects, Reliability, Maintenance, Shutdowns and Turnaround planning, contract and execution. • Maintenance and Project cost management & Financial requirements. • Experienced in FEED and EPIC contracts and working on green & brownfield projects in the oil and gas industry, hydraulics and generators. • Manage, control & directing of the NGL projects mechanical maintenance, Turnaround & Shutdown • Plans, co-ordinates and supervises the variety/complex activities of multi-disciplined projects, maintenance and Turnaround activities ensuring reliability and OEE (Operational Equipment Effectiveness) • Experience in tendering of contracts, evaluation, report writing, planning, cost control and materials procurement. • Develops project, reliability maintenance, shutdown and project budgets, & responsible for departmental budget control. • Planning scheduling and supervision of maintenance projects, construction management and commissioning, Turnaround planning pre, post and execution by variety of sub-contractors • Leads continuous improvement initiatives of RCA to eliminate waste, reduce cost • Participates in reviewing various corporate capital projects. • Manage shutdowns, turnarounds and non-shutdown related activities by coordinating contracted maintenance services pre, post and execution. • Ensures integration of reliability disciplines within and without • Compliance to statutory codes and regulations and maintains a quality assurance system for maintenance related tasks • Developing and compiling engineering administrative systems and reliability procedures • Coordinates overhaul and repair of process plant static and rotating equipment • Experience with steam turbine, gas turbine, reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, pumps, turbo machinery • Working knowledge of engineering codes, practices and materials specifications PertoSA Management and leading teams in FEED and EPIC contracts and working on brownfield projects, maintenance management systems utilising, TPM, RAM analysis – Reliability, Availability and Maintainability studies. Shutdowns and Turnaround planning, contract and execution in the GTL plant, NGL, LNG, Syngas Reformers, Synthol CFB Reactors, Catalyst preparation (Arc Furnace) and Catalyst reduction. • Successfully re-engineered as a project the execution of turnarounds and shutdowns by implementing a strategy based on outsourcing principals. • Co-ordinated the implementation of RBI (Risk Based Inspection) specifically related to SCC (Stress Corrosion Cracking) and execution of the said rectification project. • Managing maintenance and Turnaround related budgets with direct control and accountability.
