I am a natural leader, motivator and a collaborator especially where situation requires team work or collaboration of sought. I learn quickly and have the ability to adopt to a new work environment efficiently. Have been involved in the services of heavy duty and industrial mechanical repair, maintenance and installations for 10 years post my learnership (training) program. During which I have worked for numerous companies, involved in short to long term projects and have also run my own water treatment business where my Mechanical skills improved as well as learning and advancing in new skills like Electrical and Plumbing. Added into my work experience, is 8 years of constant and unwavering leadership role that has provoked me to be innovative, self-motivated and hereafter motivate others. In numerous occasions I had to come out of my comfort zone to communicate with difficult clients, employees and suppliers, to setup timelines, project planning, involved in budget planning, quality assurance, management duties, and play every possible role to fulfil and maintain the expected quality of work.
