I have overall experience loading operation, quality control, food safety and production. after my inservice training as a laboratory technician I was appointed as a loading operator responsible for syrup loading and despatch. i was then promoted to be process technician where I was responsible for finished product analysis and calibration of equipments. Got promoted to be shift process chemist supervising the samplers and lab technicians, as well as troubleshooting equipments, calibrations of equipments and effluent management. I had interest on food safety as the company was moving to be certified and was appointed plant hygienist responsible for implementation of GMP and HACCP, training of employees on food safety, coordinating pest control and hygiene. I the moved into starch production as a manager of 20 employees in our department, responsible for budget control, efficiencies, and production.
