I have exceptional people skills, excellent verbal, written and communication skills and am also a very good organiser. My home language is Afrikaans. I just moved to Noordhoek from Pretoria and am looking for a new position. SHORT SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE: I have experience as a Secretary, Human Relation Officer, Project Management, Administration Officer, Financial Advisor, and I also provided Training to staff. 1. SECRETARIAL I have extensive secretarial experience and can handle all secretarial duties with confidence. I have a strict work ethic with exceptional organising skills. 2. HUMAN RESOURCES I have experience in all aspects of Human Resources. This includes staffing aspects such as recruitment, selection of candidates, interview arrangements, interviewing of candidates’ appointments, timesheets and disciplinary hearings. 3. PROJECT MANAGEMENT I managed the annual R1000 000 bursary project for the Agricultural Research Council (ARC). I also managed the placing and mentorship programme for interns studying toward obtaining their Masters and Doctoral Degrees. The projects also involved a lot of traveling to Universities and ARC Institutes in all provinces within South Africa. 4. PENSION AND PROVIDENT FUND I was responsible for administering and submitting all Medical unfit and death claims. I served as an Employee Trustee of the Pension and Provident Funds. 5. NATIONAL BARGAINING FORUM I was responsible for transcribing and being an employee representative of the National Bargaining Forum. In 2006 I was the Chairperson for the Forum for a year. 6. TRAINING I arranged student training courses and also presented an AIDS awareness course. 7. FINANCIAL ADVISOR I’ve worked as a Financial Advisor for Sanlam (Platinum group), did all the training courses, for two years, but did not write my RE5 examination. 8. PRACTICE MANAGER (Para planner) I worked as a Para planner for Face to Face, Sanlam Blue Star from October 2015 to December 2017. 9.
