A Training and Development Practitioner, involved in environmental education, training and skills development. I have a BA Degree in Community Development, an environmental education qualification: National Diploma in Environmental Education, Training and Development Practice, and hold a three-year environmental or conservation qualification: National Diploma in Game Ranch Management. I am smart, committed, dedicated and a proficient professional. I have been working for more than ten years in skills development, capacity building programmes and community development projects; facilitating, managing and coordinating various activities whilst ensuring continuous monitoring, evaluation and reporting. My exposure in education, community development and socio-economic empowerment at large is vast and expansive, and a true reflection of my competences and capabilities. I have general understanding and experience of project management, excellent planning or organisational, inter-personal administration skills. I am at the level of my experience and exposure where I can identify, strategically articulate and capitalize development and welfare opportunities. I am able to facilitate relationship building with relevant stakeholders through programme and policy, and to coordinate development of partnerships and networks with sector related actors, to influence and implement appropriate conflict resolution mechanisms and protocols. I have the ability and skills to liaise with teams and provide capacity support on social, community and institutional issues and to identify the challenges and solutions related to community development and sustainable livelihoods measures.
