I managed 5 cleaning staff and the hygiene equipment at the ABSA branches, 9 General Workers at Ellerenes stores. I had to appoint from these staff as well and handle their HR issues, which included two disciplinary hearings and a CCMA case I needed to attend and represent for the company. I managed the Site Technician, servicing the different sites, an Administrator and the Technician which was permanently on the PetroSA site. I attended the monthly meetings for the Company at PetroSA and Drake & Scull (for the ABSA branches). I attended tender meetings. I also had to do sales for the company. I convinced PetroSA to purchase their consumables from Reagona after they stopped buying from them due to bad service. Please see the references attached from PetroSA and Drake & Scull. At Lyners Consulting Engineering I was the Quality Management Clerk (SANS : ISO : 9001 : 2008), so I do have a full understanding of SOP’s and the importance thereof, experience with a SABS audit, as well as a processed approach.
