I have a total of 35+ years of planning and scheduling experience of which 25+ years is in construction and projects. My experience ranges over construction, EPC, EPCM and Owner projects and also including the full range from minor to mega, multi discipline projects, programmes and portfolios. I have experience at all levels ranging from Planner/Scheduler, Lead and Planning Manager. My responsibility ranges over:- - Identifying Project Planning and Scheduling needs and requirements as per base project documentation such as the PMP, Project Scope Document, Estimating and Costing and The Project Contract. - Establishing a sound Project Schedule based on recognized project planning and scheduling principles, conforming to project needs and forensic requirements. - Identifying, evaluation and allowances for Project Schedule Risk and mitigation. - Establishing supportive Project Schedule and control documentation such as Project Baseline, Activity Data Sheets and Project Schedule Basis and Assumptions document. - Establishing and implementing Project Schedule Management and Control Supportive systems such as EVA, Change and Claims management and control, Metrics and KPI measurement and controls and presentation dashboards as per project requirements. - Evaluating schedule impact and delays through forensic delay analysis methods. - My projects experience extends over petrochemical, power and mining projects.
