I am a qualified Senior Architectural Technologist (CPUT), located in Durbanville, Cape Town. Born in 1993 and grew up in Durbanville, Cape Town. I am experienced in a wide variety of projects, such as Schools, Small- Medium and Large size homes, (Affordable and Upmarket homes ). Additionally I can manage Municipal Approvals for Building- and Land-use at the City of Cape Town Council, Kraaifontein. I mainly work in AutoCAD 2019, Sketchup 2019 and Caddie09. I currently work in partnership with a variety of Builders, Designers and Architects from the Durbanville area to provide an all-encompassing service for all your needs, in a freelancer environment.
