I have more than 5 years’ experience in an administration/finance role, including working in a busy environment. My primary task was to capture and reconcile the creditor’s invoices for immediate or month end payments. I also assisted the walk-in cash customers with payments (our petty cash), with the ordering of stock and the switchboard. My experience with software programmes include MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and Pastel: Accounting. I also performed general admin duties daily, such as copying, scanning, filing, faxing, handling the post, etc. I am a hard worker with attention to detail, accurate, punctual and reliable.
