Key Functions & Responsibilities Delivered: • Preparation, attendance and minute taking of all Management Committee Meetings and Administration Meetings with the clients. • Management of the office operations aimed at the support of the employee benefit consultant and constantly ensuring that all administration actions pertinent to servicing of the client base are maintained at the highest quality level, as well as in line with the relevant service level agreements. • Daily administrative support functions focused on the maintenance of the active client base. • Collation and submission of all new entrant and claim documentation including the consistency of paid claims within the negotiated turnaround times. • Regular liaison with payroll administrators, underwriters, S13 administrators, external service providers and client liaison personnel of relevant funds to which my previous employer is appointed. • Skillful implementation of new funds and the administrative processes. • Ensure all funds have policies and that rules and amendments are in place. • Ensure a structured and logical filing system. • Facilitation of Section 14 asset transfers and Recognition of Transfer transfers. • Preparation and dispatch of annual member benefit statements.
