• Active Directory Maintenance o Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with ICT Senior manager requirements o Resetting password and unlocking users on the Active Directory o Maintenance of Active Directory and Group Policies including SAP Accounts • Maintenance of back-up systems o Running Daily, Weekly and Monthly Back-up o Restore back-up • SAP AUTHORIZATION o Administer and manage user provisioning and authorizations across the SAP technology platforms. o Provide consultation services in terms of Information Security, from an SAP perspective o Maintain access to securable SAP resources. o Troubleshoot and resolve security problems/failures. • SAP MM (Material Management) o Creating Purchase Requisitions o Performing Good Receipt (GRV) • End user Support o Assisting users on applications (word, excel PowerPoint and etc.) o Assisting users with cell phone configurations of emails o Assisting users on bookings of teleconferencing. o Assisting users on projector setup. • Desktop and Laptop Support o Configuring, allocating, and troubleshooting Desktops and Laptops to users o Linking users to printers on the Print Server o Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops o Service restoration within approved SLA • Printers Support o Clearing the jammed papers on the printers o Ensuring that printers are available at all times o Ordering toners for printers o Replacing toners for printers • Telephone System support o Renaming of extension numbers for users and ensuring that all extensions are well allocated o Resetting password of extensions of users o Telephone system monitoring and Administration • Access Control system support o Configuring access tags for new users and users who lost their tags to be able to access the building. o Sending the new users or users who lost their tags information to the gate security to configure the tag to open the office park security entrance gate.
