I have been counselling all walks of life for over twenty years. While I began assisting people working as a full time Youth Pastor, I quickly progressed to helping young adults and women of all ages, to deal with emotional challenges, as well as those grappling with major life decisions, I have found my true calling as a Listening Therapist and Life Coach for young adults between the ages of 15 and 30. Having completed an Associate Diploma in Speech and Drama, I came to realize that communication in all forms was something I was passionate about. Working as a youth pastor in a church in the Southern suburbs of Cape Town, I got most of my training while guiding and pastoring the families within my church. Over the last 20+ years I have spent time learning, reading and finding support for women of every age from all walks of life. It has been an incredible blessing to watch women overcome their individual struggles and to rise and walk the path meant for them. I am by not a psychologist or medical practitioner. I am an Empathic Listener and Life Coach.
