I am a young aspiring chef who loves fresh ingredients. Catch me at all the farmers markets around town. I have 10 years Restaurant experience and over 2 years experience in Private Cheffing and Restaurant consultancy (Just completed a consultancy job in Australia). I love all types of cuisine but heavily influenced by Asian flavours and ingredients. I studied at the International Hotel School in Cape Town, South Africa. I achieved a Diploma in food Preparation, Diploma in Patisserie and a diploma in Supervision. I have worked for a 2 Michelin star Parisian pastry chef named Kamal Hamjoui. I love private cheffing as it gives me the oppurtunity to meet wonderful people and show them the beautiful ingredients in South Africa and my mesmeric flavour combinations.
