I have extensive experience in the Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit fields, predominantly in the Financial Services sector. I have experience in all aspects of the audit and risk management life cycles and I am comfortable performing executive duties as well ground-level activities and projects. I am currently self-employed, spreading my time between building my first house, performing and recording music, making musical instruments and growing our fledgling organic farming and tourism business on a farm that we recently purchased in the Garden Route, as well as performing part-time consulting contracts when opportunities arise. Over the last year, my multiple projects have started to stabilize and I have started seeking opportunities for a longer termed contracts while also exploring a full-time career path with the right organization. I recently completed a 3 month contract with Old Mutual Wealth during 2019, where i assisted in the review of their Compliance Risk Management plans as well as an overall review of their Combined Assurance Model for compliance activities within the Wealth Group.
