I have a basic project management skills and call center skills. I also worked as a call Centre agent for a year as a practical. I then worked as an administrative assistant at the department of Small businesses. where I was responsible for receiving all the incoming and outgoing mail, booking travel and accommodation for the chief Director. Responsible for meeting arrangements and all the administrative duties. I am always willing to learn in my responsibilities, I have shown this as I was also responsible for managing the face book of the department. Responsible for branding at department's events. Making presentation of the service offered by the department . Responsible for general enquiries from the public. I am grateful that I worked in the environment where I was given an opportunity and tasks that are way above my level. I then moved to Buwa vision.
