I was very fortunate to be raised by a strong mother figure who encouraged me to experience and participate in a diverse range of activities growing up. This led to having many interests, skills and experiences, which equipped me with adaptability and problem-solving. I was very fortunate to be exposed to the work environment around the age of fourteen, taking on part-time jobs in the service industry. This improved my customer service skills and taught me the true value of hard work. The easiest and most simple career field for me to infiltrate after high school, based on my active and sporty background would be the sports industry. I have worked with a variety of colleagues, built relationships with other schools, understood how to work with a variety of personality types as well as observe and analyze my constantly changing work environment. I am in my final year of distance learning which has taught me time-management, planning, and organization, because I coach, manage my own small business and study simultaneously. I have needed to work efficiently and productively in order to achieve my goals and my business' goals. I have thoroughly enjoyed managing my small business and coaching part-time. But I feel it is time to move away from coaching. I want to challenge myself intellectually and tap into the business world which I have been studying and been a part of for the past 3 years.
