In my previous role as a Course Lead at Codespace, I honed my abilities in coordinating multiple Tertiary and High school programmes, offering student and facilitator support, multiple stakeholder engagement, recruitment and selection of course facilitators, and administration. I can easily adapt to change and I have played an integral role in the transitioning of Codespace programmes from in-class learning to the online platform of the current courses during the pandemic. My communication, people-centric, and helpful nature have afforded me excellent interpersonal skills. Additionally, my focus on building strong professional relationships, eagerness to learn and share information have been valuable assets throughout my career.
