I am a Sepedi/Northern Sotho translator and interpreter. I started working as a freelance translator in the year 2005, I first worked for Dipolelo Communications which was rendering services for the City of Tshwane's language unit. Since then I worked with different companies rendering translation, interpreting, proofreading as well as transcription work. I posses a Certificate in Principles and Practice of Interpreting NQF 8 as well as a Certificate in Conference Interpreting NQF 8 both from Wits University. I have also worked as a Conference interpreter for Wits Language School, I also volunteer as a Northern Sotho Oxford Online Dictionary developer and since 2014 I am employed as a Court Interpreter for the Department of Justice which then makes it 14 years of experience working as an interpreter. Over these years I have developed into a versatile language practitioner and I have sharpened my communication and interpersonal skills.
