From 2013 to 2015 I studied IT at the Ekurhuleni West College. In 2016 I took a an Microsoft certified solutions expert course in Hammanskraal and as soon as I completed the course I started on a system support learnership at gijima, where they placed me at Realogile High School in Alexandra. At the end of my learnership in 2017 Realogile High school offered me an internship as an e-learning support agent where I maintained the school's ICT hardware and software, assisted teachers with their usage of software applications. I also assisted the administration staff with typing letters and documents, answer incoming calls, do bulk printing and copies for teachers for during peak hours. I was also the secretary of the ICT Committee of the school where I dealt with administration of the school's ICT department. I am currently doing IT support at the Gauteng Department of education in the Johannesburg East District where I maintain the district's ICT hardware and software & the ICT department administration.
