Possessing more than 24 years of experience working in diverse financial positions within Allied Putziger (Pty) Ltd, I have gained an extensive insight within this field. My key competencies include, but not limited to, maintaining company-wide financial records, managing budgets, risk assessments and business strategy reviews. My involvement in various entities of Amhold (Pty) Ltd included the engagement with Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) for Indoc Machine Tools and Standard Bank and Investec for Allied Putziger (Pty) Ltd. The main achievements that I had in my previous position that are highly relevant to this position, of which will add value to organisations are: • Creation of regular reporting on the status of the ageing, reconciliations and queries and determine actions to be undertaken in order to meet internal and clients SLA's and participates in monthly debtors/creditors ageing/ reconciliation review meeting and drive forward the resolution of any issues. • Proactively work with other departments to resolve outstanding issues via building excellent links and relationships with the teams within finance and the wider business, specifically operational and sales departments. • Lead the analysis of the existing reconciliation processes in order to assess the strength of the controls and identify areas for improvement. • Risk management – identifying unauthorised or fraudulent transactions.
