I have the Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) completed with the University of Limpopo and attended 6 months legal training in Polokwane School for Legal Practice. I have also acquired a Post-Graduate Diploma in Investigative and Forensic Accounting with the University of Pretoria in November 2018. I have served my articles at Legal-Aid South Africa, Bloemfontein Justice Centre as a candidate attorney for 1 year in 2012, appeared in District Magistrate Court representing clients in criminal matters and conducting preliminary investigations in preparation of the criminal cases. I was further employed as a Legal Advisor at Legalwise for a period of 2 years from 2013 to 2015 whereby I was providing verbal and written legal advice and opinion to clients on variety of legal issues, ADR, legal research, and investigating policy holder’s disputes and complaints. I currently hold the position of a High Court Litigation Officer at the Road Accident Fund since 1st of November 2015 (4 years now). My duties include: Conducting assessment of litigated claims; drafting and submitting legal opinions; recommend a litigation strategy and attending to appeals and compliance assurance on litigated MVA claims. I am a very hardworking individual and self-motivated with comprehensive knowledge of legal structures and procedures. I have the ability to communicate at all levels, and work under excessive pressure.
