Hello, I am an experienced Business Manager with over 16 years of experience in Information Technology, Management Consulting, Governance, Risk and Compliance services industry. I started my career as a Mobile Technical Advisor in London 2003, then moved to an IT Consultancy role for a start-up business in 2005. Later I joined Cura Software as a Business Analyst in 2008, than joined Deloitte as the Senior Project Manager in 2011. This led me to CQS, in the Governance, Risk and Compliance space, where I successfully developed and achieved the operations budget while managing customer and team relationships across a multitude of services and projects. My ability to execute business strategy whilst developing and achieving the business targets, led the business into a good position in the market, and I was promoted to a COO role. CQS GRC Solutions was acquired by EOH in early 2016. I was designated as the Business Unit Head within EOH where I successfully managed and integrated the business after the acquisition while achieving all financial targets and growing the business into new international markets. I now work at Altitude Advisory International where I help customers align people, processes and technology to strategic transformation projects. During my career, I achieved many accolades, including winning a 2016 EOH Best Achiever Award and the GRC 20/20 Award for the most innovative SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management project. During my time at Cura Software I was awarded MVP 2008 and MVP 2010. I am passionate about helping companies and people perform at the highest level, simplifying complex problems and providing smart practical solutions.
