I am a property, business development and strategy practitioner with over 25 years of experience, in Africa and the Americans. Following previous experience within various business sectors (such as property development, the energy sector, IT and the Wine Industry) in the capacity of development manager, strategy, development practitioner and business development I feel that I could be good for many businesses. I have had very good exposure to various business areas that involve business development, managing assets and the delivering of investment grade assets for large scale commercial entities, often in difficult jurisdictions and sectors. This has given me a range of practical capabilities that include the ability to develop appropriate strategy, understand markets, commercialise businesses and how to invest in investment grade assets in emerging economies, with appropriate sustainability needs for funds and clients. My specific skills are in the areas of property development management, business management, general investment through property development, asset management, and managing businesses for sustainable growth and internationalisation. I currently run a property consultancy business and have worked in various parts of Sub-Saharan Africa where the sustainability requirements have been high and have successfully managed the globalisation of a South African wine-yeast business.
