Kabelo Mokoka is a qualified civil engineer specializing in road and railway engineering. He is proficient in geometric and stormwater design including road marking and signs design, culvert design, and draughting of plans for project delivery. He has also gained valuable experience in site supervision and construction monitoring for multidisciplinary projects. He has good interpersonal skills and the ability to appreciate and embrace diversity, a strong sense of ethics, and good verbal and written communication skills which allows him to work well alone and within a team. He has innovative and critical thinking skills, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to conduct research, analyze, and present information coherently. Kabelo obtained his BSc Civil Engineering Honours degree from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) and NDip Civil engineering Technology from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology(CPUT) in South Africa. He is a registered Candidate Civil Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa(ECSA) and an Associate Member of the South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE). Kabelo also has a keen interest in the design thinking approach to produce human-centered engineering solutions. He has undergone extensive training and has facilitated several design thinking workshops both for internal and external clients.
