I have been involved in major network deployment and environment such as the Department of International Relation and Cooperation, where I was part o a team that was involved in the deployment of DIRCO global infrastructure. I was a 2nd/3rd line Network Support Engineer ensuring that the migration of circuit ran successfully, engaging with third party supplier to ensure commissioning of new links were successful. Troubleshooting LAN and WAN failures whilst ensuring restoration of services. I handle the incident that were escalated and ensuring restoration of faults reported. As a technical network lead at Compensation fund, i was responsible for the deployment of LAN and Wireless Solution for the department's new building. In a green field, i configured the networks Access switched and Core Switches. Installation and configuration of the Network's Wireless infrastructure which included; Wireless Controller, Access Points, Cisco ISE, Prime Infrastructure and Cisco MX server.
