Weaknesses However, the drive to achieve can take a dark turn if I find myself with a toxic manager. Lack of recognition for my work can take a toll on engagement and productivity. I don’t let criticism roll off my back, and I am hard on myself than anyone else. When in positions where I feel unsuccessful, I can lose my confidence, leading to long periods on the same rung of the ladder. Career path I often follow a very straightforward route. With an affinity for organization and structure, I seek the path that offers the perfect combination of stability and upward progression. This often means that I seek to remain with an employer for the long haul, rather than jumping from ship to ship. This loyalty and dependability is often enough to earn them the respect of their employers, which further helps propel me along my path. Along my path I always seek to maintain a strong image of professionalism, while also acting according to my strong values and principles. To that end I quickly rise to a managerial position, as I typically exhibit many leadership traits. I work hard to ensure that my work always exhibits the highest standards of quality – I will never seek to cut corners.
