I obtained my National Diploma Building, Bachelors of Technology Construction Management, BSC Hons Construction Management at the University of Johannesburg. My key expertise is –Project co-ordination, -Bill production, Final Accounts, Valuations, On and Off site measurements, Adjudicating subcontractors, BOQ pricing for various tender documents, Contract Management, Cost Reporting. I am currently registered with RICS as a candidate charted surveyor. I regard myself as a young vibrant, career oriented, energy driven and have a real enthusiasm for the construction industry. I'm a freelance Quantity Surveyor offering to price building, compile BOQ's, measure quantities, compile tenders etc.. for contractors who can't afford to hire a full time QS, or only need pricing services once in a while.
