Communication-I am very good at communicating with people with all ages especially with my colleagues. And I have learnt as time went on with answering calls as an customer service associate that communication is key. Ability to work under pressure-I am very good at working under pressure. I am also very good at working in an environment that has a high level of noise because of my call center experience. Fast learner-I am a fast learner and I adapt quickly to changes. Soft skills-Being a customer service associate I have learnt how to soft skill customers especially when it is a irated customer. Computer skills-I can do all the basics such as Microsoft Word, office, excel, spreadsheets and so forth. If I have to do more than what I know I have no problem in learning as I mentioned above I am a fast learner. I am a independent woman and a mother of a precious little boy who I adore very much. I am a very outspoken, caring, assertive and loving person.
