A very warm greeting to you that reads this bio. My name is Kea Malebane, and I am here to walk with you through your journey to healing. I describe myself as a professional space-holder, holistic healthcare therapist, wellness coach and I also practice mindfulness breathing and meditation. My mission is to help you find hope and solace by gently guiding you into a process that your mind, body and spirit will thank you for. In my sessions I cover a range of topics including Trauma, Loss & Grief, Attachments & Childhood Development, Crisis Management, the residual effects of Substance Abuse & Addiction and Surviving Sexual Abuse. I have recognised that my strengths are to allow my clients to feel comfortable in expressing their feelings without judgement as I hold the space for them. I am open-minded, carry great communication skills and I adjust quite well to new spaces. I excitedly look forward to growing my wellness community and finding meaningful ways to spread encouragement and healing throughout my clients’ journeys. In hindsight, I will walk you through sustainable and effective self-care routines and activities that may be carried through for life.
