I have 27 years of working experience within the FMCG sector. I have worked in the quality and in the production environment in various industries ranging from beverage, food and the packaging industry throughout Sub Saharan Africa. I have successfully implemented sustainable quality and food safety and security systems at various companies throughout my career including, HACCP; IBL, AIB, GFSI, ISO 9001, BRC and FSSC 22000. Fast food industry food safety audits by KFC(YuM), McDonald's (Perseco), and the Steers Group. I have attained the following qualifications a National Diploma and a Degree in Technology, a Diploma in Packaging Technology and a Diploma in Production Management. My main objective is to assist small- to medium-sized companies in implementing food safety management systems, HACCP, and ISO 9001. Product and Process related Problem solving Internal and External Auditing/Audit readiness, Supplier Audits and Training. Compiling Product Specifications, Work Instructions and Process Flows.
