I have over 10 years of working experience in the marketing and client relations roles and I have worked in various industries such as banking, legal and as well as business processing/development. I have a wide breadth of experience in developing marketing, events and communication planning and strategies as well as stakeholder relationship. This includes conducting stakeholder engagements, small to large presentations, client reporting, monitoring and managing SLA (Service Level Agreement), monitoring risk and Governance as well as client relations skills. Part of my experience is also on managing budgets, taking briefs from client and briefing agencies, creating content for collateral such as newsletters, newsflashes and invitation, handling and managing marketing collateral, sourcing suitable branded merchandise and researching on trends items in line with company's Corporate Identity (CI) as well as provide support to business units to ensure business objective is achieved.
