When I was a student, I was extensively involved in my school community, which has allowed me to develop strong interpersonal skills. My involvement in various events including my position as a class representative at High School, has allowed me to work closely with my peers, where I have gained leadership skills as well as communication skills. As a Quantity Surveyor at Paragon Interiors and Maunga Projects CC, I have grown in cost implementation skills and estimation. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong time management and organisational skills and management skill in term of finances and costs allocated to a project which I see as being very important in the field of property and construction. Personal attributes that I believe make me suitable for this position include: • Motivation: Volunteer participation and school results demonstrate high motivation. • Communication: Being involved as a class representative and also through leading my peers has enabled me to acquire exceptional communicational skills. • Time management skills: Being an employee at times you are required to multi-task and to successfully do that one must master time management.
