Human Resources professional with five years’ experience in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations Practitioner in the South African mining Industry, starting my career as a Human Resources Graduate Trainee at Tau Lekoa Gold Mine in Klerksdorp in May 2012. I was appointed to the role of Human Resources Officer in September 2014. During my period at Tau Lekoa, I was able to acquire practical knowledge and skills in the areas of Personnel Management, Training and Development, Labour Relations, Labour Law, Administration of Employee Accommodation, Business Management (Operations) and Mine Health and Safety. I resigned from Tau Lekoa Gold Mine in January 2018 due to the Mine’s down scaling program to reduce costs and to focus my attention on furthering my studies. My Career aspiration is to get an opportunity to further my career in the field of Human Resources management in a company that would afford me the opportunity to contribute towards its strategic objectives and become a Human Resources Manager within the next five years.
